Plot 16 is a bold residential statement located in Lagos, designed to emphasize the prominence of its site and the sophistication of contemporary Nigerian living. Rising confidently within its urban context, the project is a 7-bedroom family home that embraces verticality, symmetry, and clean geometry to reflect a sense of grandeur and permanence.

The architecture plays heavily on strong vertical lines—both structural and decorative—which accentuate the building’s height and elegance. Tall narrow windows, rhythmic façade treatments, and recessed vertical fins combine to give the home a monumental presence while maintaining refined proportions.

The material palette features high-contrast tones and textures—crisp white render, charcoal accents, and black tile bases—delivering a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic. The extensive use of glazing invites natural light deep into the interior while framing views of the surrounding greenery.
